BMI Calculator:

Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height, age and weight that applies to adult men and women. IN this part of CountMyCrunch, the user can check his/her health's BMI. After selecting the gender,The user is only required to give input of it's age(in years), height(in foot and inches) and weight(in kg) for the calculation of his/her BMI. When the user will give all the required inputs for calculating the BMI and Submit it. Then the app will show the result to the user, whether he/she is "Underweight", "Normal Weight" or"Overweight"

Calorie Counter:

In this part of CountMyCrunch the Calorie counter will calculate, How much a user can intake his/her daily calories. After selecting the user's gender, the user can give the inputs required for calculating the calorie. Then you can select 'How much workout you are doing for your body?' which is presented below of the height input. After this you can select what are the foods you want to eat for making you healthy. For this you have to select the foods which are given below. By selecting the Plus sign '+' you can select the food which you want to intake as your daily health basis, and by selecting the Minus sign '-' you can decline the food which you don't want to eat but selected wrongly. Then after clicking on the calculate button the app will show you your total calorie intake which you have selected by selecting the food items. if you swipe to the right side of that you can see the daily estimated calorie need for a human according to its exercise routine. Then if you want to save your result details then you can save it by selecting the save button which is given below or cancel it by selecting the cancel button.

Get Recipe Information

Type a Recipe name to get full information about a recipe, such as ingredients, nutrition, diet and allergen information, etc

If a user wants to eat healthy,protein and diet food like salad, vegetables, egg, chicken, etc. but in a different style. Then he can move towards this part of CountMyCrunch because in this part a user can search what healthy food he/she wants to eat.
E.g., If a user wants to eat chicken, egg, or salad. then the user only search the name of the food in the search bar the items which are made from that food will appear on the screen. Then the user can select the food item which he/she desires to eat, then the Food's Nutritional Chart, Instructions, Food Ingredient and Recipe will appear on the screen. Then, the user can make a healthy food and enjoy it in a healthy way.

Calorie Tracker:

In this part of CountMyCrunch you can track your fitness progression. After saving your fitness details in calorie counter of CountMyCrunch, you can open the calorie tracker part to see the saved progression.

Health Vlogs:

If an user wants to know about some tips or about any healthy diet then he/she can prefer Health Vlogs of CountMyCrunch. In this you can see many Fitness Articles which are prepared or advised by the experts.

Chronometer:

There is also a time tracker which will help the user a lot. If an user wants to track his/her exercise time then this feature will help a lot.
